Preview order cost

Returns the cost of a number order without placing the order or reserving numbers. Accepts the same body as POST /v1.1/orders, including the manual selection fee when numberSids is supplied.

Optional list of specific number SIDs (returned by GET /v1.1/numbers/available) to price. When provided, amount is derived from this list's length and the preview includes the per-number manual selection fee.
